1. Organizer

The organization and contest are managed by LASTUR BOOKIN, S.L., registered at Camino de la Ventosa, 46, 1º D, 48013 Bilbao, and with tax identification number B-95.345.989.

2. Purpose

The contest aims to support and better understand and improve the impact of travels of attendees to the Bilbao BBK Live festival, and it is subject to the following legal terms.

3. Time for participation

The time to participate in the contest starts on June 26, 2024, at 09:00 (Spanish mainland time) and ends on July 10, 2024, at 23:59 (Spanish mainland time), inclusive. Submissions received outside of this time will not be considered for the contest.

4. Geographic scope of the contest

The contest will be valid throughout the entire world.

5. Non-economic nature of the contest

Participation in the contest is free, however, it is mandatory to complete a survey to be eligible for contest participation.

6. Participants

The contest is open to all people of legal age who meet the specified requirements of the contest as published on the website of Bilbao BBK Live.

• Having a ticket for the 2024 festival
• Having completed the survey in its entirety

The organizer of the contest shall certify the compliance of the requirements outlined in the legal terms herein.

Staff employed by the organizer and their relatives may not participate in the contest.

7. Prize

The contest prize is as follows:

• 10 individual passes for the 2025 edition of the Bilbao BBK Live Festival, each of which shall be assigned to each of the 10 individual winners.
• The monetary value of each of the prizes is 175 euros (175 €).
• Said prizes do not cover travel expenses, food, or any other costs that may be incurred by
  the user in exercising the abovementioned prize.

The prizes shall be subject to the following conditions:

• The prizes may not be returned or modified, nor are they eligible for compensation at the request of the participant recipient of the prize.
• Prizewinners may renounce the prize, but they shall in no case receive an alternate prize, nor shall said renunciation give rise to any right to any reparation or compensation.

The prize is personal and nontransferable and cannot be exchanged for its cash value.

8. Contest details

To participate in the contest, participants must follow these instructions:

• Have a ticket to the 2024 edition of the Bilbao BBK Live festival.
• Complete the survey.

9. Selecting the prizewinner

The prizewinner will be nominated on July 22, 2024, after being randomly selected by the organizer using the Easypromo platform from among all the participants who met the contest requirements.  The winner will be announced on July 23, 2024, by email correspondence.

The organizer reserves the right to declare the contest null and /or not to award the prize or some of its prizes if the requirements outlined in the legal terms stated herein are not met or if any of the prizewinners renounce the prize awarded.

10. Contacting the prizewinner and bestowal of the prize

On July 23, 2024, the organizer will contact the prizewinners by electronic mail, notifying them of how and when the pass will be given to them.

If the electronic mail is undeliverable the prizewinner shall be disqualified. Users are responsible for maintaining their email accounts active to which the newsletter and festival participation information shall be sent and for receiving it in their inbox, viewing it, and following the instructions to receive the pass.

11. Fraud

If the organizer or any other corporation connected with the contest detects any irregularity or if they suspect that a participant is impeding its normal course, negatively impacting the contest and its scope, or conducting any fraudulent action that infringes upon its execution, the organizer reserves the right to deregister the participant (s), with due regard to whatever other legal measures they consider suitable.

12. Liability disclaimer

This contest, organizer, and any other corporation connected with it, as well as the platforms on which it is organized, are free from any liability arising from any circumstance attributable to third parties that may affect the implementation of the contest, and especially, the bestowal of the prizes.

Furthermore, the abovementioned corporations will not in any case be liable for any damages, of any nature whatsoever, direct, indirect, and/or circumstantial, immediate, or delayed, that may arise on account of or resulting from contest participation or prize use.

Thus, the organizer is not liable for the prizewinners’ misuse or fraudulent use of the prizes.

13. Processing of personal data

Participation in the contest implies the acceptance of the data protection policy published on the website of the Bilbao BBK Live festival https://bilbaobbklive.com/.

14. Taxation

Under the applicable law, given the value of the prizes, the organizer has no withholding obligations on account of personal income tax.

Without prejudice to the foregoing, all prizewinners are informed that it is their responsibility to comply with their respective tax and legal obligations in connection with the prizes.

15. Contest amendments and cancellation

The organizer reserves the right to amend the legal terms at any moment, so long as it does not damage the rights of participants. Furthermore, the organizer reserves the right to cancel, amend, or postpone the contest.

16. Acceptance of the legal terms

Contest participation implies the full and unreserved acceptance of these legal terms, and acceptance of the decisions and interpretations of the organizer as they unfold. Noncompliance with any of the rules or requirements included herein shall result in the exclusion of a participant from the contest.

17. Applicable law and jurisdictions

This contest shall be governed by the Spanish law in force.

For any dispute arising from the interpretation of the legal terms stated herein, both the organizer and participants in the contest agree to be bound by the jurisdiction of the courts of Bilbao, expressly renouncing any other jurisdiction.
